Hosting the class at your agency cuts travel, keeps your people close to home, and lets us schedule around your operations.
Our instructors travel to the host agency's facility.
Host-agency seats are in addition to paid student seats.
Part 107 classes cap at 24; Search & Rescue remains capped at 16.
You will see the pricing, responsibilities, travel details, and terms before you book.
Sending a request does not commit your agency to anything. It gives us what we need to build a quote and check dates.
Send the course, agency location, estimated attendance, and preferred timeframe.
We confirm possible dates, instructor availability, facility needs, and prerequisites.
Your agency reviews the quote, payment terms, responsibilities, and rescheduling terms.
We come to your agency, teach the course, and provide completion certificates.
We confirm the final room, AV, and field-site details before the class. These are the normal starting requirements.
Most public agencies need command approval, purchasing review, or vendor paperwork. We handle those details before dates are locked in.
The quote lists the course, dates, location, per-student price, host seats, facility needs, and any travel charges.
Tell us if your agency uses a purchase order or has a vendor approval process. We provide the payment terms and required paperwork before the class is scheduled.
Send us the forms or documents your purchasing office requires. We work through those requests during the booking process.
The quote includes the cancellation, substitution, weather, and rescheduling terms.
Part 107 has no prior-flight prerequisite. Search and Rescue students must already hold Part 107 and bring an agency aircraft for field work.
Students who complete the course receive a completion certificate. The Part 107 course prepares them for the FAA knowledge test. It does not issue the FAA certificate.
Typically, we need at least 8 students to host a class. That number can vary depending on the course, location, and overall course expenses. Once we have the details, the minimum enrollment will be included in the written quote before any dates are finalized.
Yes. Host agencies can invite neighboring departments or partner agencies to fill available seats. Part 107 classes are capped at 24 students, while Search and Rescue classes are capped at 16.
We do not fly in unsafe conditions. We will, however, train in real-world weather conditions as long as those conditions remain safe for flight. Students should check the forecast before class and dress accordingly. If weather becomes unsafe and prevents the field exercise, we will work with the host agency to reschedule that portion of the course.
Yes. Students who complete the course receive a certificate of completion. The Part 107 course certificate documents the training but does not replace the FAA knowledge test or FAA Remote Pilot Certificate.
Yes. Let us know as early as possible if your agency uses a purchase order, vendor registration, or a specific approval process. The earlier we know, the easier it is to complete the required paperwork and avoid delays when dates are being finalized.
The earlier, the better. More notice usually gives us more options for instructors, travel, and your preferred dates. Send the month or date range you have in mind, and we will check availability.
We need the agency name, primary contact, course requested, estimated attendance, city and state, and preferred timeframe. That is enough to start the conversation and put together the next steps.
Send the course, location, headcount, and preferred timeframe. The request starts the conversation and does not commit your agency to a date.
