Operational responsibility

Remote pilots, operators, supervisors, and agencies remain responsible for each operation. You must verify current FAA requirements, airspace authority, aircraft condition, weather, risk controls, privacy obligations, and applicable federal, state, and local law before acting on information from this website.

Training and course inquiries

Submitting a course request, notification form, or contact form does not create a confirmed registration, reservation, or contract. Dates, pricing, travel, attendance, payment, cancellation, and agency requirements are confirmed in the applicable quote, registration materials, invoice, or written agreement. If those documents conflict with this page, the specific written agreement controls.

Certificates and examinations

A 1105 Drones certificate of completion documents completion of the applicable training. It does not replace an FAA knowledge test, Remote Pilot Certificate, waiver, airspace authorization, Certificate of Waiver or Authorization, agency qualification, or any other government approval. Training does not guarantee a passing examination score or operational qualification.

Intellectual property

The 1105 Drones name, shield logo, website design, original course materials, graphics, articles, and other original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. You may view and print reasonable portions for personal or internal agency reference. You may not sell, republish, remove attribution from, or create a competing training product from the materials without written permission.

Acceptable use

You may not attempt to disrupt the website, bypass access controls, access another person's account, introduce malicious code, scrape protected course content, or use the website in a way that violates law or interferes with another user.

Third-party services and links

The website may link to FAA resources, maps, testing providers, social platforms, or other third-party services. 1105 Drones does not control those services and is not responsible for their availability, security, accuracy, or separate terms.

Availability and changes

We may correct, update, suspend, or remove website content and features when needed. We work to keep information accurate, but regulations, guidance, schedules, products, and operating conditions can change.

Disclaimer and limitation

To the extent permitted by law, the public website is provided as available without warranties of uninterrupted access or fitness for a particular operation. 1105 Drones is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising solely from reliance on public website content.
